Terms and Conditions

Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

  1. Damage Claims: Damaged plants can be exchanged unless the damage occurred during transit. The buyer is responsible for paying any associated courier charges for the return and replacement.
  2. Photo Evidence: For an exchange to be applicable, images of the product must be sent via email on the day of delivery.
  3. International Shipments: For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any Customs Duty/Import Duty charged upon arrival. These charges are not covered by Bangalore Agrico.
  4. Taxes and Duties: VAT/Custom Taxes and Import Duties are determined by local regulations and are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our prices and may be collected by your government. Our products, including plants, are not taxed.
  5. Non-Delivery: No refunds will be issued for items undelivered due to an ‘address not found’ or ‘delivery attempted’ status.
  6. Product Variability: Plant sizes as described in product details may vary slightly. Returns or refunds based on minor size variations will not be accepted.
  7. Environmental Impact: Plants damaged due to excessively high temperatures will not be eligible for a refund, as these are environmental conditions beyond our control.
  8. Surface Transport: Orders shipped via surface transport are at the buyer’s risk. Bangalore Agrico does not accept liability for any damages or losses incurred during surface transport.
  9. Climate Suitability: All-climate plants are suitable for any location in India if maintained under moderate environmental conditions.
  10. Product Weight: The weight of natural organic mixes might vary slightly. The net weight at the time of packing will be considered final.
  11. Immediate Care: Plants must be unboxed and transferred to suitable pots immediately after delivery. Damages due to prolonged containment within shipping boxes will not qualify for exchange or return.
  12. Hand Delivery and Pickups: No exchanges or returns are applicable for plants that are hand-delivered or picked up by the customer.
  13. Rejection of Delivery: Parcels rejected by the customer will be treated as ‘delivery attempted’. Returns in such cases will not be accepted.
  14. Legal Compliance: Posting negative reviews concerning the health or survival of plants on social media or any public platform that damages the reputation of the brand can be considered a punishable offense.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

  • The Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Bangalore, India.

Order Confirmation and Availability

  • Orders are confirmed post-receipt of cleared payment and after checking product availability.
  • In instances where the product is unavailable post-payment, adjustments or easy refunds will be made.


  • Customers may request certificates such as Phytosanitary Certificates, Certificates of Origin, and Packing List Certificates, if mandatory. Additional costs are involved for obtaining each certificate.

Social Media and Brand Representation

  • Any attempts to fabricate damages or deliberate efforts to tarnish the brand through social media or other platforms are considered punishable offenses.


  • Replacement of plants is possible only if the plant is received in a deceased state (excluding damage from the box) or if a completely different plant is received, provided the transit time is less than or equal to 7 days, verified by the delivery tracking number.
